After our split cycle Air Con unit started tripping our power, Ricky was quick to meet with us and diagnose that the control board was shot. We then agreed on a replacement unit as the best solution and within a week he had sourced the replacement Rinnai unit and come out to install, doing a great job on the install at a competitive price. Fantastic workmanship and air-conditioning service. Ricky helped us during the summer heatwave and did an excellent job. He fixed our ducted system, which had a complicated gas leak issue, and refilled the gas. The price was very reasonable, and the job was completed efficiently and urgently. Ricky was responsive at first and gave a reasonable quote. I had reached out to him around 2 weeks ago and I was told that he's booked out until Feb which I totally get due to the warmer weather. Waited 2 weeks and then decided to follow-up with him. I told him I wasn't sure why the AC wasn't cooling. Could be a leak or a simple service. His response was that he was too busy and to call in a local technician and then he stopped replying altogether. It would've been great if you had told me this 2 weeks ago instead of making me wait. Very unsatisfactory customer service. I'm rarely the type that leaves bad reviews but this is not acceptable.
