Vic handled the installation—he was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What I really appreciated was the transparency. Diane and Vic went above and beyond to make the installation of our alarm easy. All our questions were answered before and during the installation Vic, was extremely professional and told us everything he was doing at each stage on the day. Vic did not leave until we were up to speed with the App and how to arm and disarm the alarm. We would highly recommend their services to anyone wishing to install an alarm.
