Had excavation contractors working beyond regulated noise restrictions..jack hammering 7.00am on a Sauturday regs state start time 8.00am had removal of waste bins occur 1.00am with heaps of noise waking everyone in the house. Emailed cronulla pools re sunday noise with no response.

There are pool builders everywhere, however there is only one Cronulla Pools. They listened to our requests and concerns regarding the excavation , as we had to obtain access through a neighbour's property whilst we were away on holidays, we were kept in the loop all along the way and they stuck rigidly to their timetable. Special mention to the site supervisor, Ben , who was most helpful during the whole process.

Cronulla Pools were magic to work with. The team was helpful and transparent about every step of the process, which made the build feel easy and stress-free (even when there was an eight-metre hole in our backyard!). They listened to our vision and the design mock up helped us understand how things would come together. Including details like being able to see the pool from the kitchen, deck and pool house were factored into plans. It’s a big investment but one I’m grateful we made every day — even just looking at the pool brings a sense of calm. The dog thinks so too.
