Very disappointing experience with Crown Painters. They painted areas of my property including the garage doors, front door, front yard and the backyard pool area. The quality of the work was extremely poor. The paint is now peeling off across the areas that were painted, which clearly shows the work was not done properly. During the job, paint was also left on my windows and furniture, which should never happen with professional painters. The overall finish was careless and not to an acceptable standard. I contacted Michael from Crown Painters to ask for the issues to be fixed, but the problems were not resolved and I have now been blocked after raising the concerns. Because the matter has not been addressed, I have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I would strongly recommend that others be cautious before hiring this company for a large painting job.
