I was having a rough afternoon as my car was stuck in mud on a contraction sight late afternoon after I did a delivery, a worker named Joe answered quickly and arrived at the destination in very short notice, he was very helpful in all aspects, made sure I was ok, he was a very nice person, he let me know all information and made sure I was safe as it was next to a busy road. I would like to thank Joe and his work and definitely recommend him to help others. Thanks Joe

My experience was absolutely amazing my son and I came up from Melbourne and had car troubles. Joe sorted everything out for us. Got the car picked up and delivered to a mechanic who fixed our car issues for free because of Joe's obviously saying " look after these guys". Couldn’t recommend CSR towing enough. We had a pretty tricky tow: highways, semi-rural roads, and up a steep driveway, you name it we had it, and he handled it all so smoothly. He was quick to arrive, super reliable, and just easy to deal with the whole time. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. This was on ANZAC Day too, and we weren’t slugged with a crazy surcharge, which was a nice surprise. Honestly made a stressful situation a lot easier. Would 100% use again.
