I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Their quote for replacing a rainwater tank pump was excessively high. They also claimed that rewiring would be required to replace the pump, significantly increasing the overall cost. However, when I contacted the original water tank supplier directly, their quote was nearly five times cheaper. They also confirmed that no rewiring was necessary for the pump replacement. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the advice and pricing provided. I have already paid a deposit, and despite requesting a refund, it has not been returned. This feels unfair, particularly given the misleading information and inflated pricing. A small price difference is understandable, but a discrepancy of several thousand dollars is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I question their level of expertise and transparency. I am considering lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, as practices like this should not be allowed to continue. Don’t ever thinking of using this company, not recommended at all. Not professional.

With any emergency you want quick action. A gas smell was exactly that. I received quick attention with great service to resolve the situation. A new gas water heater was installed the same day. Very friendly staff. Very relieved and very happy overall. Well done!!

Updated review: After my initial negative experience, I was contacted by Dr. Leak, and they offered an act of goodwill to make things right. They sent a new team (Tee and Jamal), who were professional, friendly, and much more thorough. They: • Removed the old hot water system as promised • Properly investigated the roof for the pipe hammering issue • Supplied and installed hammer arrestors (complimentary) This has significantly improved the hammering issue, and overall the experience during this visit was very positive. While my original experience involved miscommunication, inconsistent follow-through, and quality concerns, I do appreciate that they took responsibility and made a genuine effort to fix things. I just wish this level of service had been there from the beginning, and that it didn’t take a negative review to get to this point. Because of this, I’m updating my rating — good recovery and customer service in the end.
