Maz gave us excellent advice, steering us to the Alexandria showroom for Porters paint which was well worth the journey as we chose a paint colour we wouldn’t have chosen without seeing the lime wash finish which was on display. I recently had my apartment repainted by Maz and his team from Dupaint, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Maz took the time to visit my unit beforehand, showed me paint options, and gave thoughtful advice that really suited my space (an older, smaller apartment). He even suggested having my floors and lighting done before painting, something I wouldn’t have known otherwise. On painting day, the team arrived right on time, were polite and respectful, and kept me updated throughout the day. While I was at work, Maz texted to let me know they’d be staying back to finish everything so I could enjoy my weekend uninterrupted - such a considerate gesture. Their attention to detail was fantastic. The walls, ceilings, doors, wardrobes, and storage areas were all painted beautifully, and the colours Maz recommended (Lexicon Half and Quarter) look great in my apartment. When I came home, everything was spotless - furniture back in place and the space tidy and fresh. I’m so impressed by their professionalism, quality of work, and the overall seamless experience. Maz provided brilliant cost efficient solutions to my 2 bedroom unit renovations to maximise my budget. Rather than replacing kitchen doors, he suggested painting existing doors and tiles to totally refresh kitchen. Looks amazing! He also recommended replacing door handles in kitchen and door handles throughout unit. Makes all the difference! He provided a colour consultant (at no charge) who went above and beyond in not only paint colour selection for my unit and balcony, but matched to my newly ordered furniture. She even took my FaceTime calls when out shopping and provided great advice when I couldn’t decide! His project manager, Victor, demonstrated extraordinary attention to detail in renovating my unit of 22 years and turning it into a haven to relax in.
