Rabi and his team installed a front brick and aluminium fence at my home and they were great. Rabi’s attention to detail, care for his clients and quality delivery are second to none. Due to the quality of his work he is very popular, so have patience if sometimes you don’t get an immediate response. No matter what he will always get back to you and the wait is worth it. Despite all the positive reviews, this was a complete waste of time. More than 2 months later, and we have still not received a quote for a fence repair and handrail, or any update, or any apologies for the delay, despite my chasing without response. A simple update to say - "Sorry, too busy to provide a quote after visiting, please try somewhere else", would at least not have wasted weeks of my time waiting. Response to owner's response (to remind you of the facts): 1. Following your visit on 4th September, you told me you would provide me with a quote shortly thereafter - I believe you said end of the week. You said you could consider the cost with and without work on the retaining wall in your quote. (Note the insurance assessor did not raise any issues with the retaining wall - and this work was shared with you. Others confirmed the retaining wall was a non-issue). 2. I sent you a text on 12th September asking for an update (no response), and called you on 15th September after I had not received any quote or follow-up, and you informed me you were waiting for a sub-contractor to get back to you - I asked you to please chase and keep me updated. I updated my neighbour via text following this conversation, stating, "Spoke to Rabi, he is apparently waiting on others to get back to him. Asked him to please chase." 3. I never heard anything more - I sent you a further follow-up text message on 22nd Sep, but you ignored this. 4. You also measured up to quote on installing a handrail, which has nothing to do with a retaining wall/fence, but the quote was also never received. I understand if you decided the job was all too difficult for you, but I cannot understand how you chose to handle this, both at the time and in response to this review.
