Wow I am super impressed by Mick (Muqdad) and EAC!! In in the initial call he took the time to diagnose what the issue with my AC not working was. Was able to come out the same day. Extremely professional, kind, friendly and patient as he answered all my many questions about ACs. Issue fixed straight away onsite. I will not be using anybody else except Mick in the future for any AC issues or even installing new ACs! If I could give 100 stars I would!
