Fantastic fast service from these guys. Their representative was with us within three days and fixed our problem in no time at all. He was fast, efficient and offered advice on maintaining it, such as cleaning the filters regularly and unblocking the drain pipe on a regular basis. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ross turn up on time on a Friday morning to do a quote as promised. Of the four quotes received. Eastern is not the cheapest but has a long standing local presence. The other were either more expensive or just a voice on the phone. Jayden turned up and installed the aircon and took away the old one with no hassle and no mess. All round the best experience out of the four and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again next time.
