"} I want to update my review. During the first visit, not all of the agreed work was completed. I was very understanding about this, because the young man who came worked very nicely and I felt he did a good job with what he had time to do. The property needed quite a lot of tidying, so I appreciated the effort and believed the remaining work would be completed at the next visit. However, the trees/shrubs still needed additional trimming. At the following visit, a different person came. He seemed to want to only mow the small patch of grass and leave, without properly cleaning up or completing the rest of the work that I understood was still outstanding. The area under the trees was also not cleaned properly. After I raised these concerns, the company told me they would no longer continue servicing my property, instead of resolving the unfinished work. So while my first impression was positive, my overall experience ended up being disappointin

We engaged Ed's Mowing & Maintenance when Ed was personally mowing lawns, and initially the service was excellent. Unfortunately, as the business expanded, the quality deteriorated significantly. Our property was effectively used as a training yard for new staff who botched both the lawn and edges. When I messaged to confirm tomorrow's scheduled cut, I received a dismissive response claiming he no longer has staff and cannot service our property—effectively leaving us high and dry with zero notice. The shift from personal, quality service to expansion-at-all-costs has been disappointing. Would not recommend.
