We couldn’t be happier with the work Elite Additions did on our home. It was a massive undertaking—a complete layout change, a new kitchen, three bathrooms, and a bedroom overhaul. Scott and his team are exceptional communicators, which made a complex project feel manageable. They were very easy to negotiate with and transparent throughout the build. What really impressed us was the after-care; even after the job was finished, they’ve been incredibly responsive to any follow-up questions. This review reflects my personal experience as a homeowner and is based on my direct interactions and written correspondence with this company. I purchased a newly built home from this company about a year ago. Since moving in, I have experienced multiple ongoing defects that, in my view, have not been properly resolved despite repeated written communication. 1. The rainwater tank and drainage system overflow during rainfall, flooding the yard and allowing water into the garage. I reported this in writing. The suggested temporary solution was to leave the rainwater hose open and flush the toilet during rain, rather than permanently rectifying the drainage system. The issue remains ongoing. 2. The upstairs floor in this double-storey home has significant squeaking when walked on. I have reported this multiple times. While site attendance was discussed, the problem has not yet been rectified. 3. The aluminium waterproofing profile above the entrance door window is approximately one metre short. There is a visible gap of approximately 6–7 cm, allowing rainwater, dirt, and debris to enter the wall cavity. This has been reported but remains incomplete. These matters have caused significant inconvenience and concern. I hope the company will properly address and rectify the outstanding issues Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company
