Very happy with Emu Garage Doors. From the start, they took a consultative approach, proactively coming out to assess our situation, explaining the complications with our larger door, and giving us practical options without any hassle. On installation day, the team was on time, courteous, and professional. After the install, we had a few minor teething issues with the door closing and sensor alignment, but their follow up was excellent. They came back promptly and sorted everything out without me having to chase anyone. Overall, a smooth experience and great after sales support. I feel confident they will be there if we need help in the future.

My garage door belt snapped at Saturday 12 pm . I’ve called Sonu to and explained the situation. Within in hour he was at my house . He changed the whole motor and belt system with a new one with Wi-Fi connection and more secure system. I couldn’t ask for more. He did a fantastic job and I will recommend him to anyone who has a garage door.Thanks mate .
