Maria organised a technician to collect air samples and, within a few days, personally called to go through the lab results with us. She then put a plan in place to address the issue, and shortly after, air scrubbers were installed to resolve it. The team managed the entire process seamlessly, from delivery and installation to collecting the equipment once the job was complete, turning what initially felt overwhelming into a smooth and stress free experience. We now have clarity, peace of mind, and a clear path forward. We couldn’t be happier with the service.

Excel have been fantastic, turned up at our door after storm damage within 2 hours after our call to insurance company. Bought in heater and humidity machines. Have started gyprock removal, whole room was covered in protection and cleaned to perfection. Would highly recommend.

We recently had a mishap with plumbing fault resulted the kitchen, part of the dining and living room’s floorboards were effected from the flooding.
