This is my second time using Exclusive Detailing for a ceramic coating and the experience was sensational again. The team did an incredible job detailing, paint correcting, and coating my Z, and Con provided me with a heap of information to help me keeping the car looking fresh for the future. It's been 2.5 years since the blue car which is my daily driver was done, and even though it gets quite dirty all I need to do is give it a good blast, 2 bucket clean, and towel off and it looks like this! You can read my original review below, but needless to say I'm a big fan of Exclusive Detailing. --- Old Review --- I had my new Passat ceramic coated and they organised the front window tinting as well, and the whole experience was excellent. The price was less than half what the dealership quoted, and even though the car was new it still needed a lot of preparation. If you are buying a new car don't assume the paint is going to be perfect, but Exclusive Detailing can get it that way. Con moved appointments around to fit me in when I took delivery of the car, and gave me a full run through of how to take care of it before I left. Terrific service overall and I'll use them for my next car.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the talented team at Exclusive Detailing recently who ceramic coated my Black BMW Z4 …… it had been unfortunately treated by an inferior company who not only did a poor job but made the task for the Exclusive Detailing team twice as difficult, not only did the correct the flaws they brought the car to better than when I picked the car up brand new! I am now taking my other BMW to them! Wonderful team of professionals, reasonable price but more importantly they strive for perfection! I made the mistake of getting my brand new 2025 Audi Q3 ceramic coated at another local shop — and they left multiple highspots across the paint, then tried to blame it on a “factory defect.” A second detailer confirmed the damage. I then took the car to Con at Exclusive Detailing Corp, and the difference was night and day. Con inspected everything properly, explained what had gone wrong, and restored the finish with real care, skill, and professionalism. If you care about your car, go to Con first. You’ll save yourself stress, money, and disappointment. I only wish I had gone to him from the start.
