They were easy to deal with and did a very good job with the cleaning. The only thing I would say is, maybe abit more communication at least three days prior to the day would be an added touch to reconfirm address and contact number or cleaner on the day incase of emergency.

Don't waste your time ! I had my end of lease clean done by exit cleaners at the start of the month and would not recommend them at all! The time of the arranged clean was changed not once, not twice, but 4 times! I understand that there can be hold ups with jobs but this was ridiculous and their lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I was in contact with the office and explained my frustrations to see if we could organise a potential discount after the amount owed had been paid in full. They said they would get back to me on the phone and via email and I never heard back from either. They do not run a business with integrity and charge a premium price for a not so premium service. Had an end of lease booked and did a walk through with the cleaning team. Never once stated that jobs could not be completed due to various factors (eg, will not wipe kitchen of cupboards are above a 2 step ladder). Ended up needing 2 “re-cleans”, wanted me to pay for the collection of keys for the re cleans, and a week and a half later for my bond to be released. Even after all of the issues and my chasing they still had the audacity to ask for a 5 star review! So disappointing, poor service and general lack of communication. $850 down the drain and $850 of stress added!

After agreeing to a price for an end lease cleaning, the cleaner come up with extra fees for everything. Even it’s included in the price, they come up with heavy duty cleaning charge for any small thing. Would not recommend
