I have unfortunately given this score as fairly as I can, based on my experience which is limited. I utilised the website to request a free quotation using their online form, selecting 'Type of Renovation Work: First floor addition plus a major renovation'. The emailed response I received verbatim reads "Thank you for your enquiry, however on viewing the property on Google Earth the access presents too many problems for building so we must decline to quote." This is without a site visit, no phone consultation, not viewing the council approved plans or even construction plans. I do appreciate the honesty hence the 3 stars but I'm not in awe of their ability to work around access issues. No other quoting company has failed to attempt to work with a limited rear lane access or even failed to speak to me first. Sorry, Extend a home - I can't recommend you to inner west home owners.
