Stay away from Fermax Australia security and Intercom systems...we were told by Brisbane owner that these are "Made in China so rubbish in comparison to other products on the market" ...The 12 month warranty on Fermax Australia security and Intercom systems is not to the standards we expected ... we have had multiple access door station keypads on our front gate FAIL in the last few years not allowing us keypad entry to our property. Their local installer has told me that he no longer suggests Fermax as he and other local security companies keep having major issues and lack of support like this. ...the last one was soon after the 12 month warranty and the Brisbane fermax owner did not care each time...he only cares about selling a new one rather than helping with supporting the faulty one's sold and installed by their resellers! The head office in Sydney called me and threaten me to remove this review and at the same time told me if I buy the replacement screen that I need, it would also fail same as the 3 others...making us even more uneasy with this brand ...Brisbane owner said they have never had any issues from other installations of the same product...are you sure??

I have just purchased a Fermax Video Door Intercom, I had a slight issue with connecting remotely. The Fermax technical support team responded very quickly to my email. The Intercom is working as it should now allowing me to view and remotely unlock my front gate.
