Ferrari Constructions — exceptional people, exceptional care, and a home we truly love We worked with Dave Ferrari and the Ferrari Constructions team on a major renovation of our home in Palm Beach, and now that we’re on the other side of it, we genuinely look back on the experience with a lot of gratitude. Anyone who’s been through a big build knows it can easily become stressful and overwhelming. What stood out for us was how supported, informed, and confident we felt throughout the entire process — and that really comes down to Dave, his leadership, and the team he’s built around him. The quality of the work is outstanding. Everything was done properly, with care and attention, and with a clear focus on building something solid and lasting — not just something that looks good at the end. You can feel the difference in the finished home. It’s thoughtful, well executed, and built with real pride. Communication was consistently excellent. Dave was clear, responsive, and approachable from start to finish. We always knew what was happening, what decisions were coming up, and what was expected of us. The lead guys on site in particular were excellent — calm, knowledgeable, and always across the details. Day-to-day coordination was smooth, questions were answered, and issues were dealt with sensibly and without drama. That kind of steady presence makes a huge difference during a long build. When challenges came up, as they always do on projects of this scale, Dave was great at talking things through — explaining options, outlining implications, and helping guide decisions that made sense for us and for the house. There was never pressure, just honest advice and practical problem-solving. From a cost perspective, everything felt fair, transparent, and well managed. There were no surprises, no unnecessary upselling, and no corner-cutting. The focus was always on doing things properly and delivering real value. Now that we’re living in the home, it really does feel like the place we hoped it would be. It works beautifully for our family, it feels solid and considered, and we’re genuinely proud of it.
