This review is 2 years late, but finally having to face dealing with the crap they put us through. I don't know how much they got paid themselves, but they were subcontracted by a company that we paid $27 500 to build an access ramp for a wheelchair user. They literally poured a concrete slab without excavation, over an old crumbling garden path, a bit of dirt garden and a pre-existing slate porch with steps - a single pour over these three surfaces. The railing didn't go wide enough, not built to code, and it's so narrow that the wheelchair user risks getting her toes stubbed every time its used. I'm going over the old invoice, they were paid for excavation they did not do. I have no idea why these guys have good reviews. They took advantage of a family member who was on NDIS. Tens of thousands of dollars for a job that would of cost a few thousand at best. These people are disgusting. Don't use them. Habib and his team should be ashamed. They showed no regard, care or any sense of guilt for what they did. I've had a couple of other builders and home mods Occupational therapists come in to start the process to fix this botched job and they're floored by how bad it is. I can't help but wonder if they're behaviour was because the client was on NDIS so basically helpless. They got paid way above industry rates and upfront before even commencing the job. Happy to provide pictures and quotes if anyone wants to contact me to verify before using this company. But just don't do it, I have no words for how disgustingly awful the work was.
