Fine Touch Group - Apartment & Home Renovations

I retained the services of the Fine Touch Group in July of last year, almost immediately after having met up with the company directors, Claude and Richard on site in my Sydney apartment. Such was the favourable impression I received at our 1st (and only) on site meeting. Not living in Sydney at the time, it was imperative for me to forge a connection of trust and total reliance on the expertise and skill of my chosen renovation company to provide a turn key solution. (The myriad of nightmare stories one hears and reads of unscrupulous companies operating in the building industry was of concern to me at this decision making step). By the end of our meeting, it became unmistakably clear to me that Fine Touch Group was the perfect fit for my renovation needs. Well versed with both high end and low end budget renovations, there was much to be impressed with their portfolio of works as presented to me via their Webb page. But the 'deal clincher' for me was the interaction of respect and courtesy between Claude and Richard, a father and son team, which was also extended to me as the new client. I was made to feel this project was to be all about my needs and wants as their priority. With my near zero experience in building and renovation matters, I needed a turn key solution. It was also most reassuring to me that i would be navigating the nuances of the renovation road ahead directly with Claude and Richard, as opposed to being assigned an intermediary project manager, which most renovation companies do when securing a new client. Claude and Richard operate by facilitating direct one- on- one contact with each relevant sub-contractor at every decision making step of the project. This way the needs and desires of their client in concept form, become a material reality at completion. And disappointed, I most certainly was not! I was thrilled with the final result at hand over being the fulfilment of months of collaboration between highly skilled tradespeople, Claude, Richard and myself. The nos. of defects were minimal and nothing was 'too difficult' for Claude and Richard to fix. Perhaps the best testimonial, post renovation of the Fine Touch Group, is that I now consider Claude and Richard to be my friends! I highly recommend the Fine Touch Group.

Every last detail was accounted for to exactly what I wanted without the headache or stress (Richard took that on for me😂).
