I replaced my hot water tank with an instant hot water system. As soon as they saw our house, they made an accurate assessment, and their communication was excellent. It was clear they were very experienced and skilled at what they do. They completed the job perfectly without any disappointment. I was quoted $800 for a small job. I was fortunate enough to know better and was able to get another plumber out who charged me $250 for the same job, which took 15 min. When asked about the pricing and why it was so high, he just said that he’d have to go to his supplier and that he couldn’t provide a breakdown of the quote in terms of parts + labor. He then asked me how much I was willing to pay, and said he’d reduce it to $600 which further proved that the initial price was heavily inflated. I wouldn’t trust these guys to quote a fair price. Book with caution.
