Our Plumber was a lovely young gentleman called Daniel. Daniel arrived on time, was courteous & friendly. Regarding the work, Faniel was fast & efficient, very thorough & cleaned up after himself as well as cleaning my bathroom floors! Such Wonderful Customer Service should be Rewarded so I rang the head office of Fixed Todsy & told the lovely Receptionist & I asked her to pass on my praise & that Daniel Deserves a Pay Rise or at least a Bonus!
