LOVE THESE GUYS. After 7 years our beautiful Flexi kitchen is still so beautiful. Emailed them recently over a very minor issue...one of the downlights was flickering. The same original installer guy (Dave - master craftsman!!) arrived a few weeks later and fixed it it 15 minutes - all covered under warranty!
