I recently required a property to be dried out after a severe water overflow event in a first-floor bathroom flowing into an adjacent hallway and then leaking through the floor into the ground floor rooms beneath the bathroom and hallway. The job required yellow tongue flooring, carpet / underlay and concrete floors to be dried out. Great effort from Walter, Bruno and Michael to dry out the property - right from the initial inspection, the quick setup of drying / dehumidification equipment, and then regular inspections whilst the drying process was underway. The whole process ran like a well-oiled machine with regular progress reports keeping me well informed. The property tenants were also super impressed with Flood Response's professionalism, process, communication and efforts. To finish up Flood Response also organised for the lifted carpets to be re-stretched, sanitised and the edging to be reinstalled so I didn't have to follow this up. Finally, I got a couple of quotes, along with checking indicative pricing via phone calls to other companies. Flood Response's pricing was super competitive! Flood Response also had better water / moisture detection equipment than some other companies. Big thanks to all for a great job. Much appreciated!
