Mel and her team just left! and can i say im so happy with the service they provided. My kids rooms no thanks to being located near the laundry flooded with so much water (even worse having carpet), it took about a week to sort out, but it was a huge lifesaver, she literally walked me through everything from the start and then the guy (sorry forgot his name) lifted all the heavy stuff to get right up under the bed and the bedside table etc, no way i could have done that myself. After everything she then gave me a treatment to prevent mould, which is great! Happy to give you guys 5 Stars! Recommended.
