Ive been ordering through this supplier for about 3-4 years. I ordered concrete for the day(Tuesday) that had the earliest available time in the app(5 days in advance). I received a phone call the next afternoon (Friday) and was told that there has been a complication and the earliest I would be able to get concrete would be 12pm. I explained to him that this is the second time they have done this to me on the same jobsite a few weeks ago, I have booked all my trades in and I need to pour early as I'm doing a strip finish. Nobody called me back, they sent me an invoice on Sunday and I paid it. Come Monday I recieve a text that concrete is booked in for Tuesday 12pm, without anybody calling me back to see if that will work. I called them and explained the situation again adding that I'm sure they've pushed me aside becuase a bigger order has come through, which they did not deny. I then had to try and find concrete through another supplier last minute, which earliest available was 11am. As a result we will be working back late and have to pay the boys overtime so that I don't have to push schedules of other trades and deliveries and let down other clients, becuase unlike your company I keep my word. Give em a go if you like surprises.
