I decided on Frozone Air after receiving 3 other quotes to replace my house ducted air con system. My decision was based on ; they being an established company, with good reviews and a quote that was competitive. On the date of the installation, deliveries of the heavy indoor and outdoor Mitsubishi Electric PEA -M200LAA /PUZ-ZM200YKA-A aircon system and later zone dampers were on the dot. Two teams of installers then arrived and got down to work. Dee and Jacob were the main con and later Mo and his team arrived to dismantle the old outdoor Actron to replace it with the Mitsubishi. They worked through sunshine and rain to get the new unit up and running with Wifi control. Not everything went smoothly with mInor hiccups which were not insurmountable . Hence the 4 star rating but overall very satisfied with Frozone's service as Stacey the office admin was proactive and pandered to all my needs and complaints without hesitation. Having used the Mitsubishi Electric for couple of nights with heating , it far exceeded my expectations. The unit is whisper quiet and warms up the rooms even on low fan and temperature settings.

I had a great experience with replacement of an upstairs Daikin 7.1kW ducted unit with installation of the AirTouch 2+ controllers to both the replacement upstairs and the existing system downstairs systems. Very happy with the price, performance to date as well as the installation. I would recommend using Frozone for your air conditioning system new or replacement. Looking forward to seeing how the replacement upstairs system performs next summer.

The Install Manager (Gary) is pleasant to deal with. Technician (Shane) is tidy & on time. Would have given a 5-star rating if the price was as quoted. There was an increase of 6% in the final price because there was no on-site quote done before the work commenced. However, overall, I was happy with the installation. I would use Frozone again but will ensure that the quote is fixed to minimise "bill surprise".
