As a garage door company in the next suburb, with good reviews i thought i would give them a go. i rang on the 4 /02/26 and Melissa answered i told her the problem with my garage doors and gave her my details she said she had my phone number. She said they were busy that week but the following week when Jason was in the area he would "drop in". No appointment time or date was given. After waiting a week and a half I rang another company who came out and fixed the problem. As of 24/02/26 I still have not heard anything from Garage Doors and Repairs P/L. Very disappointed at their lack of communication, a simple phone call or appointment would have been helpful.

Excellent service and communication. All staff are very pleasant and likeable. The price was under what I anticipated. The fact that they have an actual address helped make my decision. With trades often not having a 'front door', ABN and rely only on mobile phones as point of contact, there is little accountability when things go south. As I have been in that position previously, I find this business refreshing. Keep up the good work gents...and Melissa.

Very positive experience. Reception helpful and polite. My garage door failed and Jason was able to come out and inspect the issues promptly that afternoon. My door needed a service and new motor and Matt was able to get that done the very next day. My door is better than new. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Had a great experience with Matt. Matt replaced the faulty garage door motor with a new Merlin Commander Elite, and it runs incredibly smooth and very quiet. Matt also took the time to service the sectional door springs and gears, and showed me how to use the motor while he was here. Fair pricing, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. If your garage door is broken but you enjoy the thrill of unanswered calls, missed voicemails, and the sweet sound of… nothing, this might be the company for you. I rang. I waited. I left messages. I aged slightly. Still no return call. At this point I’m not sure if they repair garage doors or just test your patience and resilience. With a 4.9 rating and 117 reviews, I assumed someone might answer the phone. Turns out the real mystery isn’t my garage door, it’s how to get in touch with Garage Door Sales & Repairs P/L at all. If you actually want your door fixed and enjoy communicating with a real human, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. If you like being ghosted, give them a call… and keep waiting.
