Get Removalist Sydney

Would give zero stars if we could! Bait and switch extortion arrangement. We booked Eddie in well in advance and touched base 2 days before removal to confirm. On the day before moving, Eddie called to say that it was an extra $150 due to petrol price increases. At this time, petrol prices had increased over 2 weeks prior making the short notice completely unacceptable and basically extortion. On the day of removal, the guys he contracted (they seemed clueless as to who had actually assigned them the job) arrived over 1.5 hours later than agreed and proceeded to tell us that the truck was too small for our stuff. It was a 2 bedroom apartment. They didn't even attempt to try. We then had to wait 3 hours and pay an additional $400 for a larger truck. After it was packed, we were sure that it would have fit in the smaller truck. Complete crook, don't hire. Not worth the stress.

Booked 40 days in advance for an interstate move and kept following up, they kept reassuring everything was fine. Just a couple of days before the move, they cancelled saying they sold their truck. This left me scrambling to find another removalist last minute. Very stressful and unprofessional experience. The staff was also rude and acted like they were doing me a favour 😏😏

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked this removalist a month in advance to make my move stress-free, but they canceled just a week before the moving date, saying they had “sold the truck.” On top of that, they were quite rude and dismissive, saying a week was “more than enough time” to find someone else. This completely disrupted my plans and caused unnecessary stress at the last minute. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable service.

Had to get last minute booking made on a Saturday due to another company cancelling The 2 Men who came through did a great job at the end of a long day , all belongings looked after on pack and unpack of truck and moved over in 1 trip in the truck .
