I highly recommend Good to Go Garage Doors. We required urgent assistance at one of our properties after a poor experience with another company had left our tenant in a very stressful situation (and to be honest I was rather stressed as well!). The difference between the two companies was night and day. The service at Good to Go is transparent, respectful and highly professional. They are a pleasure to deal with, patient with all queries and will do what is within their power to assist you as quickly as possible. They provide you with a variety of options where applicable with an honest assessment of the options. The quality of their work is excellent. I have worked in facilities for many years and I know I will be engaging this company for many to come. I must give special mention to Sasha who came and did our job today - he assisted with not only the part of the job we engaged them for but also with advice about the works already done which were invaluable and have ensure the safety of our tenant which is very important to me. This is the best business experience I've had in recent memory with a tradesperson. Ely and team SAVED me. I got scammed by another garage door company. Found Ely, and it was the complete opposite experience. You know you can trust him from the second you meet him. He's an absolute expert and fast-tracked my garage door to help me get it sorted after the first scam. Extremely reasonable pricing. Their follow-up servicing is the best. We had a tiny squeak a couple of days later and he sent his team around within an hour to fix it for free and the door has been perfect ever since. Until this morning when I reversed into it for a second time 😭😭😭. They came and fixed it same day FOR FREE even though it was my fault. What a hero
