This isn’t the first time I’ve called on Graham’s Outdoor Solutions so I was once again more than impressed with the work. But what really helped me out is that I gave very little notice - like 1 business day - yet Graham bent over backwards to help out. And why? Because my 96 year old nan desperately needed her mobility ramp and handrails de-moulded after all the rain we’ve had so that she wasn’t at risk of a fall. On top of that, he also said he could fit in the whole front wash so as to remove the dirt/dust and mould from house, porch, windows, doors etc, not only to save us from having to organise a second appointment, but so that my nan had somewhere clean and comfortable to sit outside. Michael came in the morning and washed everything so beautifully with great attention to detail, even the underside of the porch roof, which I had completely forgotten about. Nan is really happy and so am I! So thanks again for an excellent service AND going the extra mile to fit us in!
