I do not recommend this place at all. I took my car there because I had an issue with the handbrake. The mechanic, whose name was Khaled, told me it would cost around $300–$400 if the problem was related to the brake shoes. He lifted the car, inspected it, and said it would take about 30 minutes to one hour to fix. Later, he told me the issue was not the brake shoes. In the end, he charged me $150, and after I spoke to him again, he reduced it to $120. However, after just three days, the same problem came back exactly as before. In fact, it seems he tightened something inside the brake drum incorrectly, which caused a part to break. I started noticing an annoying noise about two weeks after the repair. I then took the car to another mechanic. He replaced the broken part and properly adjusted the handbrake. He only charged me $50, and he told me that the adjustment itself was free — the $50 was only for the broken part and the repair. Before going to the second mechanic, I went back to this place and asked about Khaled. They told me that he is not their employee and that he was “just there by coincidence”! That’s honestly shocking. He lifted my car, repaired it, took my money — and now they say he was just someone who happened to be there? That’s unbelievable and very unprofessional. Be very careful before taking your car here.

Not sure where the 5-star reviews come from. My experience was very bad. My truck broke down only 5 minutes from his place and would not start. He charged me a $150 call-out fee to check the battery, starter motor, and other possible causes. However, he arrived in a Corolla, which already made it feel like he was just there for quick money. He tested both batteries and said one was bad and that I should replace both. I told him the batteries were only 3 months old. He kept insisting I replace them anyway. I asked him to check other possible causes, such as the earth cable, starter motor, or alternator—something actually related to the no-start issue. He refused, took the $150 for about 5 minutes of work, and left. I then went to a battery shop and tested both batteries, and they were confirmed to be good. I went back to him, and he denied everything and again insisted I should replace the batteries, costing me over $700. I refused. He said he was busy and would come back when he was free but never gave a time. He even refused to return that same afternoon to check the starter motor or alternator. So I took the chance and replaced the starter motor myself that same day. The truck started immediately and has been working perfectly since then—with the same batteries he told me to replace. I even asked if he had a jump starter or jumper leads, and he said no. It’s shocking that an auto electrician does not have basic equipment like that. Before he received the $150, he came quickly. After getting paid, he didn’t care, didn’t follow up, and never called back. I was left waiting while my truck was broken down, and he made no effort to help or finish diagnosing the problem. I only asked him to properly check and identify the faulty part, but he only checked the batteries and left. After replacing the starter motor myself, the problem was solved. He never contacted me again. Be careful paying the $150 call-out fee. Based on my experience, it felt like quick cash with no real diagnosis or support.
