Moses came on the same day and measured the requirement upon explanation of what was desired in terms of artificial turf installation. Moses with confidence stated quote shall be returned in couple of days and stated leave it to him on 27 Mar. With silence followed up twice 31st Mar and 1st Apr via message and phone call without response. Would been appreciated even if no desire to undertake the work to at least provide a simple response as felt overpromised without follow through.
