We found Halifax Painting to be professional, punctual and efficient. Bill, Bobby and Ali provided an excellent service. The preparation work was very thorough ( many cracks and flaws needed to be fixed ) and the work was outstanding. The white gloss finish on the stair well and all the woodwork was particularly impressive. A tired old house has been transformed and we are thrilled with the result. We would highly recommend them.

Halifax Painting recently completed the repaint of our three-storey apartment building in Coogee, and the job was far from straightforward. It required the installation of anchor points, thorough cleaning of the entire building, and painting carried out off ropes. From the initial quote through to completion, Bill was professional at every stage. His communication was clear and reliable, and he consistently did exactly what he said he would do — something that, unfortunately, isn’t always a given these days. Cannot recommend Bill and his team Bob and Ali highly enough, he certainly delivers! They started the job when promised and arrived daily at 7am and tidied up before leaving each day all the guys were polite and courteous. The preparation alone was done thoroughly over several days as paintwork was pretty poor being an old house which had cracks in the masonry, some timber and windows needed replacing. Nothing was too much trouble

We engaged Bill and the Halifax team to repaint all the wooden doors and sash windows at the back of our Victorian terrace, which is 3 storeys high at the rear. There were some significant areas of decay and places where most of the old paint had flaked off. The result was excellent and exceeded our hopes — the century-old doors in particular could now be mistaken for new! Painters Bob and Ali were courteous and expert, and took the time needed to prep surfaces well and repair the rotted bits. They really took pride in doing a good job. We’ll definitely consider Halifax again as they were well worth it. Thanks to Bill and team!
