Great new aircon install no issues there ! But when I called 2 years later for to fix an error it felt like a rushed job but I trusted what they were saying , anyway turns out I had to call another company and pay for parts anyway. I appreciate the speed of response but quality of service is to be improved to keep customers in the long term.

The AC is old but worked fine for 2 years since we bought the house. Technician was friendly and helpful but sprayed WD-40 into one of the external fans because it was noisy. Within a week then fan was jammed and stopped spinning. Now we need to replace the fan unit or the whole system. I later googled that WD40 attracts dust and should not be used. No opinion here, just facts.
