Had my initial consultation today, and Yvonne was very patient as she explained to me the basics of core muscles and how to strengthen the core. We went through targeted exercises together to help my recovery and she was very supportive and encouraging. Amazing service, I definitely look forward to my next visit.

I initially referred my father here for post-operation recovery and other chronic issues. My father was pleased with his improvement. I appreciate the video instructions in the home exercise plan as it was easy for my father to follow through and commit to. Seeing how my father appreciate the Physio treatments, I decided to come for a consultation too. While the fee for initial consultation is slightly higher than another local Physio clinic with promotion, I am much more pleased with the thorough assessment and treatment I got in Health Plus Physio. Certainly don’t mind paying a bit more for a professional and friendly Physio!
