3 days ago I had Heritage Windows install acoustic glass in my original wooden french doors. The result was excellent, with a huge reduction in external noise permeating the room. Emma and Scott were extremely professional, with Scott offering solid advice. Brendon and Daniel, who were the installers, were respectful and professional in every way. I cannot recommend Heritage Windows highly enough.

We have been very disappointed by the work undertaken by heritage window specialists on our building. We updated all widows of 2 units around 2 years ago. We specifically wanted to improve acoustic and draught proof the units since we live in Marrickville under the flight path and also because of the potential construction opposite our building. We selected heritage Window Specialists because Scott Austin, assured us that there will be significant improvement in the sound and draft proofing of our units. However, on the contrary, there has been no improvement after having spend thousands of dollars. The construction work opposite out building have commenced and I am unable to WFH due to the noise and the airplane noise is the same. I called Scott twice and left messages for him within 2 months of the completion of the work to provide feed back and discuss potential solutions with no response. Very disappointed and feel like we were not provided the right advice. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience mainly because of a staff member named Scott. He appeared to have a bad attitude and spoke down to his apprentice and came across as rude to me as a customer. I will not be a returning customer.

WOW, WOW, WOW Matt & Brendan were excellent; they were lovely tradespeople to have in our home – they felt like they could be old family friends Their work was spot on and completed well within the estimated limits. They reroped 4 1940s windows, with no damage, that had broken for decades, within 1h 1/2. Scott chose the toilet movable louver window well, and it looks amazing – it looks like it has always been there, and closed looks like a single pane of glass (replacing 1940s static louver window) We highly recommend these tradespeople and company to everyone
