Top-notch service. Luke was able to fit us in on short notice, arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. With the borescope he was able to investigate hard to reach areas and show us what was going on deep inside the walls. He talked us though the problems, how the building materials and design had contributed, mitigations and potential long-term solutions. Polite, knowledgable, well equipped and honest. Easy 5 stars.

We recently moved into our new home & discovered a leak which caused a mould problem in the kitchen. Luke came out to assess the issue promptly, then booked the removal for the next week. Luke sealed our kitchen off beautifully to protect the rest of our home during the removal, and it now feels (and smells) so much better with the mould gone, and knowing my family is safe.
