We appreciated your sending one of your techs once your holiday period had finished (about a week after we first called). However, the charge of 350 plus GST for a call of about 15-20 minutes which required nothing more than looking at two sensor lights and confirming your previous advice that they could be unfrozen by flicking the relevant fuse (which we had already done for one set of lights) was exorbitant and much more than other electricians have charged us.
