I will never use anyone else. These guys are superb! My 2015 Toyota had a badly scratched windscreen. (Rookie error. Don't use you wipers if your screen is covered with sand!!) I called six glass replacement companies. iCare was by far the cheapest. Literally half the price that O'Brien Glass gave me at the start. The two guys turned up exactly when they said they would. One had started removing my windscreen before the other had parked their van. The whole job was done in under 30 minutes. I've never seen anything like it outside a racetrack. The car is up for sale and has already been detailed, so I checked it very carefully. There were no scuffs or scratches in the paintwork. No smears of sealant. Not one stray crystal of old glass. Amazing work! Seriously - if you need car glass replaced, you would be crazy not to ask these guys for a quote.

Warning!!!!DO not engage with Icare Windscreens Very disappointing experience. Despite providing full vehicle details, the wrong windscreen was installed in my electric vehicle. My car requires a specific windscreen compatible with the integrated dashboard display, and the one fitted does not support this feature. I was told the windscreen had been calibrated, however this is questionable given the incorrect screen was installed. To make matters worse, my rear-view mirror was damaged during the process. I have found it extremely difficult to get responses to resolve the issue and have escalated the matter through Fair Trading. I would strongly recommend confirming part compatibility and calibration in writing before proceeding.
