So happy with my doors from Ideal Barn doors. Richard was great every step of the way including helping me out with delivery to the new build amid construction. Great service, quality doors and clear communication.

Worst customer service experience. Do NOT buy from this company. I have placed an order for a door more than 3 weeks ago. I was given a consignment number and asked to follow up with the freight company in a couple of weeks. After following up, I was told Ideal Barn Doors had cancelled the consignment and would send a separate consignment number, but I was not contacted at all. This is now the last item of my renovation and, after following up, I was told they were out of stock of the item and it would not be sent (let alone received) for another 7-10 working days. They were not even apologetic at all. I was told they would escalate to their manager, but was never contacted. When I followed up again, they weren’t even aware they were supposed to be following up with the manager.
