Impressive Built-in Wardrobes Sydney

We recently had a walk-in wardrobe installed by Impressive Wardrobes, and my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. I want to make special mention of our installer, Sultan, and his offsider. Their workmanship, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. Our home is quite old and the room was completely out of square, which made it a very difficult job, but Sultan’s skill and experience really shone through. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. I would 100% request Sultan again for any future installs. I also want to acknowledge the office team at Impressive Wardrobes. There were some issues with the factory meeting deliverables, which initially left a sour taste in my mouth, but the office girls were fantastic with communication throughout and kept me informed every step of the way. Their professionalism and the way they handled the situation really helped turn things around. In the end, Sultan’s workmanship combined with the excellent communication and customer service from the office team has completely righted the wrong for us. A huge thank you to Impressive Wardrobes, Sultan, and the whole team. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality wardrobes and excellent service.

Simply the best - I only use these guys for any wardrobe or cabinet work! This is the second time I have used impressive wardrobes to do a wardrobe removal/installation and cabinet job and they exceeded all expectations. The team is super responsive, across everything from dates to the smallest design details and you just feel like everything is under control at all times. Special mention to our installer, Ali Miller, who was solo for 2 long days but delivered an amazing result - loved how he gave us heaps of advice and options along the way and was just really thorough with everything! Also special mention to our design consultant Kumar Doddeni who we asked A LOT of questions in the lead up to the build and he was always there, and always came back with solutions! Great team and will continue to recommend to as many people as I can!

Rang the day after my online enquiry - came to quote the job 2 days later, and installed 5 new wardrobe doors and frames 2 weeks after my online enquiry. Absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our mudroom design and installation. Wissam was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Ardi and his colleague took great care in making sure the installation was seamless and finished exactly the way we wanted. The office staff were very helpful when I needed to move appointment times. And on top of this, the price was incredibly reasonable and substantially less than the other quote we received. The quality seems to be excellent too. Impressive Wardrobes definitely do not live up to their name. My wife and I were absolutely disgusted with the quality of workmanship with the installation of 2 wardrobes (Please refer to photo's). Why use a step ladder to reach hard to reach areas when you can stand on one of the drawers? I saw the installer doing this - totally unacceptable/ unprofessional. The installer left a huge mess of sawdust & screws in the wardrobes (no cleaning up after himself was done whatsoever). Alot of chips/ chunks taken out of shelves, black marks on mirrors which were difficult to remove, one wardrobe was installed not even straight/ square at all, silicone wasn't applied properly, the soft close drawers feel a bit tight to open and close and the list goes on. The original installer clearly has no eye for detail in which it clearly showed within the final outcome once both wardrobes were completely installed. Another installer had to come out to re-do one wardrobe again. When he finished the job he said it was done and was going to leave. My wife had to say to him before you go she wanted to inspect it to make sure it was done properly so we wouldn't have to get someone out again. Once the wardrobe was replaced within a couple of hours a text message came through regarding payment, then the next morning there was a text message, email and phone call (all in a very short space of time) regarding the final payment. If only the company was that passionate in their quality of work as they were in getting paid. I basically paid them so I wouldn't be constantly bombarded with messages anymore. We are not impressed at all with the quality of work that was carried out by this company!!!! I'm not the type of person to leave such negative feedback but I seriously felt that I had to on this occasion. My wife and I now wish that we used a different wardrobe company.

3 wardrobes done for about $6000 The colour laminate costs extra. I did the removal of old and repaint prior to save on those costs. Mohamad was a great guy and managed to install the wardrobes all in one day. Happy with the work. The mirrors had some black marks but eventally came off with a lot of scrubbing.

Disappointed in the initial installation of all 3 built in wardrobes for our new home. I went with impressive wardrobes because my best friend had a great experience with them, despite a warning from another friend of having negative experiences with their installation, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ahmed, the installer, chipped our freshly painted walls in 3 different places (!!) in one bedroom, miscalculated his own measurements so that one of the vertical walls of the wardrobe wasn’t even touching the floor… leaving it wobbly, he installed crooked and scratched up hanging rails, brackets that were screwed in so tight it cracked the wood, didn’t clean up after himself - sawdust and screws left around, screws exposed (not covered up with white stickers), grubby hand marks inside the wardrobes. I spent the rest of the weekend cleaning the wardrobes so they could at least be semi used. The saving grace was the quick scheduling of someone else coming to fix it all up. Ali-Ping was amazing and fixed everything up, including having to redo the whole wardrobe for one of the bedrooms! He spent more time fixing up all 3 wardrobes than Ahmed did installing them. Disappointed that management didn’t respond to my emails either despite me calling up and asking for a written response from management about what can and cannot be fixed. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 only because of the work Ali-Ping did and the friendly customer service representatives. UPDATE: I have since been contacted by management and am satisfied with the resolution of this situation.
