Absolutely unprofessional experience. I called during an emergency lockout and simply asked twice how long it would take him to arrive. Instead of answering properly, he got annoyed, hung up the call, and then ignored all follow-up calls afterwards. If you advertise emergency locksmith services, basic communication shouldn’t be this difficult. Wasting someone’s time while they’re locked out late at night is ridiculous. Would not recommend.

They are no longer there. I phoned their company number and the call was directed to another locksmith. I discussed an issue with my remote control for my commodore. He said that this is a common problem and that I need to replace the unit at a cost of about $180. He didn't listen to me, in his opinion, it was just a straight out replacement I went to Mr Minute who resolved the issue for $40
