Used this company for 7 years for commercial cleaning. Service was average and inconsistent. The main issue is management — Micol is defensive and aggressive, and Sharron in the office is unfriendly. We were even sent a service agreement stating weekly carpet cleaning when we don’t have carpet, and it took two months to correct. When a fee increase was requested and we raised concerns about quality, the response was again defensive rather than professional. Would not recommend — there are more affordable and far more professional operators available.
