We had a sudden power outage at our home and called Ingress Electrical for help. To our surprise, the electrician arrived just 15 minutes after we called — incredibly prompt service. He quickly identified the issue and had it fixed within five minutes. Even more impressive, he didn’t charge us for the visit, saying it was a simple fix. Engaged Jhonny to upgrade my consumer mains, meter box, earth rod and replaced all safety switches before installing solar panels & home battery.
He was diligent, friendly and explained the process despite the 36C summer heat.
My new meter box is very neat & tidy, with Hager MCB, hot water timer and smart meter. Plenty of room to add new circuit breakers.
