My lock is tricky and he got in much quicker than the previous time I locked myself out. He was knowledgeable and professional. Excellent experience and incredible customer service from the team at Inner West Locksmiths. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I called on a Friday morning needing help with my motorbike key, which was sticking/not opening the fuel tank anymore. Ben (motorcycle specialist) was able to provided practical advice and a plan via phone, and Danny went above and beyond to assist me when I arrived. I was out of my area and doing work on a local terrace. The genuine pleasure and friendliness in the shop owners face, attitude and initial approach made me feel so welcome. I needed a lock re-keyed, one I had pulled off while the occupants were home waiting without a front door lock. It was ready in less than 45 mins. And the price! I expected I would pay double what I was charged, really. I feel like they got ripped off. And the gentleman was happy to be sociable! I could not think of another locksmith around I would rather give my money too. I plan to travel there no matter where I am.

Brilliant team! Had a bit of lock and door work to be done around the house and these guys were exceptional, including fixing my 35 year old steel picture windows with a gnarly lock when I though I might have to fix/replace the whole thing. You can’t beat this kind of professional experience, at a really good price, and a great guy, too.
