Excellent service by a fine team of workers who conducted themselves in a professional friendly and extremely competent way. They caused as little inconvenience to us as was possible in circumstances where a lot of old material was being extracted from our roof space and new material being put in. The initial quoting process was also very professionally conducted and the backup service was also of a very high standard I would definitely use Insulvac again if the need arose.

The team was very professional, friendly and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They removed old insulation, vacuumed all the old debris and dust and placed new R5.0 insulation in a very tight roof. They were also very good at communicating with me about work progress. Definitely recommend Insulvac. As with all contractors, be sure to inspect in the roof (at least go up the manhole to have a look) as there can be little things that need to be fixed (ducting retaped, light fixtures rescrewed in after coming loose from the vacuuming). Insulvac came back out to fix loose ducting that occurred due to having to move the ducting to replace old insulation.
