Everything seemed great at the start, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The workmanship is unacceptable—damaged windows, cracked frames, and poor installation throughout. It has now taken over 9 months to try and resolve these issues, with little to no accountability. Not only was the installation done incorrectly (including drainage holes directing water into the house), but the damage caused to my home has been completely ignored. They have refused to repair, replace, or take responsibility. The lack of professionalism and after-sales service is shocking. Once they have your money, they simply don’t care. Absolutely disgraceful experience—do not use this company under any circumstances.

Stay away from this company. If you have any issue, they are quick to turn on you and become very aggressive and hostile. I found out I was not able to use the windows due to regulations in my area. I then tried to cancel the installation immediately to prevent the installer from coming and asked for the possibility of a refund. In an already stressful situation, Sindy then left an aggressive voicemail on how I only informed them Saturday despite that she was the one who scheduled delivery to be between Friday and Monday. Then to show how unprofessional they are, the director Roman said these exact words: “I suggest we you apply straight to NCAT to save time,as I don’t think fair trading would be able to help” I chose this company because I wanted to support Australian businesses. But they do not care about you once they have your money. Making any type of renovation including window changes to your house is already stressful. Please avoid the horrible experience you will get from here and find another company who actually cares. Update: Your response now is very different from the aggressive voicemail and emails you sent me. Stop acting like you are a caring small Australian business when you are just using that as a facade, immediately resorting to corporate bullying tactics. The issue is that you did not provide me with proper advice, poorly organised the delivery, then become extremely hostile when asked for a simple refund request. You claim to be window installation professionals so take some responsibility instead of putting fake words on your website and absolving any responsibility by trying to tell me what I should be understanding of. You are quick to promise you provide care in your services but turn on your customers who rely on your expertise. This is something everyone should know before buying anything from you.
