Walid from Integrity Insulation did an excellent job insulating our roof. It was a very tricky roof with a low pitch and lots of edges, and he was upfront from the start about which areas might be hard to reach. What really stood out was that instead of cutting corners, he removed roof tiles around the edges to properly access and insulate those difficult areas. He genuinely did his best to cover everything he reasonably could, which I really appreciated. He also fixed several misaligned roof tiles while he was up there, which he didn’t have to do — a nice bonus and shows pride in his work. Walid was polite, professional, and honest, explained things clearly before starting, and his pricing was competitive.
